          Filtering and Energy Storage Inductance Cores

          Zhili’s filtering and energy storage inductance cores are made of 1K101 shear strip. This product has good stability; the Saturation magnetic induction can exceed 1.56, the magnetic permeability can be more than 5000 and the saturation magnetic field intensity breaks through 3000A/M; it is also featured by broadband and constant inductance. Meanwhile, our company selects two protection and insulation methods for the exterior of magnetic core, such as box-packed and coated (see the figure below), in which the coating method can not only realize the beautiful appearance of product but also further reduce the volume of magnetic core and coiling copper loss.

          Product application:

          1. Output filter inductance
          The power is often mixed with disorderly AC waves after the rectified output, while the output filter inductor is used to remove the post-rectification alternating current (see fig.3). In addition, since the inductor will be flowed through by the larger direct current, the magnetic permeability and inductance value are required to be less and less under the condition of DC magnetic bias, i.e. it shall have the constant magnetic permeance (or constant inductance). In other words, within the certain scope of DC magnetization, the magnetic permeability (or inductance value) shall be not less than 50% of the original values. At present, the amorphous alloy has been widely used in output filter inductor. And the output filter inductance core in vehicle power supply (fig.4) has been replaced by amorphous alloy completely.

          2. Differential mode inductance
          The differential mode electromagnetic interference generated in other parts of circuit can enter the loop of signal line by the means of transmission and coupling, such as high-order harmonic, self-excited oscillation and power grid interference, etc.. Since the differential mode interference current is flowing in the return circuit at the same time and in the same direction with the normal signal current, it severely interferes the signal and must be restrained in any means. The differential mode inductance can effectively restrain the DM interference while have no influence on the normal signals
